Our products have Powder Coating, a protection system based on thermosetting powder paint based on polyester resins designed for indoor-outdoor environments.
Finished in glossy smooth gray color. This coating of the highest quality worldwide offers great weathering performance and resistance against impacts and abrasion.
In addition, since it does not use solvents, it is environmentally friendly. Our paint is more durable than any traditional paint.
QUALITY CONTROL
The entire process is constantly monitored and controlled in all its variables: anchor profile, titration of cleaning liquids, oven temperature, application thickness, curing tests, adhesion tests and finally 500 hour salt chamber tests, thus achieving better finish and appearance, high resistance to shocks and scratches, high resistance to weathering and UV rays and high resistance to alkaline and acid liquids.
